The International Grammar School in Ultimo NSW is a vertical campus comprising of four levels and the roof where the basketball courts are located. The school also has a satellite building located on Bay Street which is their Centre for Dramatic Arts. EngTec were engaged for all services design to assist with the following:
1. Remodelling and refurbishment of level 2 and 3 library and colleges lounge areas of the Kelly Street building
2. Remodelling and refurbishment of level 3 and 4 of the Centre of Dramatic Arts (CDA) inclusive of new offices, classrooms and upgraded performing arts space.
