Scots College
Kinross Wolaroi
Engtec have been involved on numerous projects with The Scots College to improve the amenity and use of the school with some of its ageing assets. One of the most challenging projects was the up the remodeling and upgrade of the heritage listed auditorium, now formally known as the Harry Triguboff auditorium.
Kinross Wolaroi School is a co-educational school catering for students from K-year 12. The school is located in Orange, NSW and offers both day and boarding facilities. EngTec have been involved in numerous projects to help upgrade the Metal Work facility, boarding houses and school auditorium.
Sydney Grammar
Since 2017 EngTec Consulting have been upgrading the facilities of Sydney Grammars heritage listed campus in Darlinghurst. The works over the years have ranged from the introduction of air conditioning and ventilation in classrooms and staffing areas whilst maintaining stringent heritage architectural requirements, mains power upgrades and central chilled water plant upgrade incorporating thermal storage.
International Grammar School
EngTec Consulting was involved in the remodeling and refurbishment of level 2 and 3 library and colleges lounge areas of the Kelly Street building Also the remodeling and refurbishment of level 3 and 4 of the Centre of Dramatic Arts (CDA) inclusive of new offices, classrooms and upgraded performing arts space.
ST IVES PREP
Sydney Grammar Preparatory School in St Ives constructed a new three-story building incorporating class rooms, staff areas and a new amenities block. The services design was undertaken and overseen by Engtec.
